About The Role

The Exercise Physiologist/Team Leader Gym provides technical support to the Health and Fitness Co-ordinator in the planning and delivery of wellness, events and lifestyle programs delivered to clients across the city. They are the technical specialist for gymnasium activities.

Degree in Exercise Physiology, Exercise Science or equivalent coupled with experience in delivering exercise physiology services*

ESSA Accreditation as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist and be eligible for a Medicare Benefits Scheme Provider number*

Demonstrated ability to provide day-to-day supervision of emloyees, provide technical training and coaching to improve and build capability*

Well developed written skills with good attention to detail*

Well developed communication skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with various stakeholders and negotiate and influence with sensitivey and discretion*

Current Drivers Licence, Working with Children Check and Apply First Aid Certificate*
